1. Internship Management - Organise Internship Fair and assist with internship programs for different faculties - Conduct different internship related workshops/talks for students and coordinate all necessary facility arrangements between employers and students - Review students' resumes and counsel students regarding changes as when necessary 2. Career Services Resources/ Career Events - Plan, organize, develop and implement career events and publications - Develop and maintain a current and comprehensive career services information including information on careers and career clusters, employment prospects and trends and employment requirement and opportunities. 3. 1. To provide and ensure correct information flow in and out of student centre.2. To assist and support overall student welfare – accommodation, outdoor activities, student event and etc.3. To act as an emergency respond to student whenever students require assistance.4. Maintains student attendance, student records on database, creates and provides reports.5. To handle students disciplinary action and resolve grievance.6. Counsels and confers with students providing program procedures, policies, goals and objectives, technical guidance and problem resolution.7. To involve in MAPCU and MASISWA sports tournament.

1. To plan, organize and arrange social, cultural and recreational activities for students.(International Cultural Night, SEGi Career Fair, Leadership Camp)2. Develop, implement and supervise student leaders and manage student clubs and societies.(Founder of AIESEC chapter at SEGi UC and SRC)3. To counsel and advice students, who are planning activities, provide guidance and assistance to students who are planning speakers’ series, celebrations and other public activities.(SRC Leadership Camp)4. Interact with other/ external youth organizations in providing leadership programmes.5. Provide emotional and psychological counseling when needed.6. To deal with Ministry Of Higher Education (MOHE) and MQA regarding on SRC, student activities policy, SETARA etc.

. Commissioning manuscripts from freelance and in-house writers.2. Reviewing, rewriting, and editing the work of writers.3. Overseeing artwork and design for the features section of the books.4. Proofreading all pages before going for printing.5. Suggesting possible titles.6. Dealing with legal matters, writer’s agreement and Malaysian National Library
