Main accountability for this position is Managing Recruitment & Selection, People Development, Budgeting & HRGA Agenda, Performance Management, Organizational Structure & Job Description, Industrial Relationship, Company Policy, Remuneration System, Legal & General Affairs

- Responsible for supervision all Recruitment & selection process (include : screening, conduct psychotest and interview, salary offer, etc)- Responsible for supervision personnel admin (employee file, database employee, employee transaction, employee duty, attendance, leave, overtime, etc) with HRIS (Human Resource Information System- Responsible for supervision Payroll Process, Salary & Benefit administration (allowances, BPJS, health assurance reimbursement, deduction, etc) with HRIS.- Responsible for Reporting Payroll & attendance employee.- Do for employee assesment for promotion / rotation / demotion and employee counselling.- Responsible for Training (facilitate for in-house/public training for employee and induction training for new employee) & Employee Relationship.- Responsible for Prepare and making Company rules dan SOP - Etc.

- Do all HR activities such as Administration (absence, leave, correspondence letters, employee agreement, etc.), - Selection & Recruitment (man power requested, job advertisement, paper selection, conduct psychotest and interview, salary offer, etc.), - Training (facilitate for in-house/public training for employee and induction training for new employee) & Employee Relationship, - support for payroll.- Resposible for Handling company agreement (outsourcing) with client, make legal drafting, negotiation and Final agreement letter.- Responsible for supervision to Control uniform employee, equipment & chemical support used in client company.- Responsible for Preparing and making Company rules dan SOP.- Responsible for supervision Legal Staff, Recruitment Staff, HR Admin & PIC
