Prepare and maintain EHS documentation and data. Conduct workplace inspection and grooming standard for foreign worker. Coordinate schedule wastes transport and collection as well as training from time to time.

Responsible for Training and Development, Employee Relations and Human Resource (HR) day-to-day functions including Government Liaison, Foreign Workers Management and conduct orientation for new hires across the business in order to maximise the understanding of company policies & procedures.

Responsible for Compensation and Benefit, claim management, Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and attendance and leave management for the Company in compliance to the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements in ensuring compensation plans are aligned with business needs as well as being cost effective.
