With over 12 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management, I am currently the Quality Manager in a leading company in the engineering, monitoring, supervision and project management services. I am responsible for implementing and maintaining all management system standards which company subscribes and ensuring compliance with these standards, as well as leading the quality improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools.My mission is to enhance the customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality products and services that meet or exceed their expectations. I also train and empower the staff on quality best practices and techniques and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the organization. I have successfully implemented and audited multiple management systems, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000 ISO 17025, and ISO 17020, and achieved significant results in reducing waste, risks, and costs. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to drive quality excellence and innovation in the engineering, manufacturing & services field.
