• Estimating project costs and determining net profits
• Supervise the electromechanical subcontractor’s works to match with project specifications & time schedule.
• Review the monthly invoices as per work progress.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the preparation of the shop drawings
• Compare the materials quantities between design and shop drawings.
• Supervise the electrical installation works as per specifications & contract.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Estimate the MEP works for all new tenders
• Bill of Quantities requirement.
• Follow up status of shop drawings, Materials for projects to match with project schedule.
• Manage the Electromechanical installation works for all company existing projects.
• Prepare the contracts for the subcontractors.

Dubai - UAE

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the estimation team
• Estimate the MEP works for all new tenders
• Bill of Quantities requirement.
• Procurement works for all new jobs.

Saudi Arabia - Khobar

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise company’s existing projects with particular attention to quality control/assurance, responsible for execution and monitoring of approved quality control/assurance manual in the field of electrical and.
• Perform in-process and final inspection of electrical and instrumentation activities that includes: testing of anodes, grounding cables, power transformer among others.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors representatives on a daily basis to resolve any problems or issues.
• Preparation and compilation of quality reports/records and other quality related documents for activity acceptance and final project handover.
