A profession that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people,place, process and technology.’ That sounds a bit long winded but it accuratelyidentifies the management of multi-disciplines through people, process and technology.

I'm in charge of all aspects of a company, with a focus on its finances. I oversee supervisors of all departments, ensuring all of a company's employees work as a team and remain motivated. Working in a wide array of industries, but their mission is always the same: Make sure the company remains profitable and shows growth.Supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operation, profitability, quality service and resident relations. Oversee all aspects of running a multi-unit residential community, including budgets, physical Service, advertising, leasing and pricing. Effectively create a marketing and management program to maintain optimum occupancy levels, income, and value of community. Effectively select, hire, train, motivate, counsel and reward employees.

Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail department, including sales, marketing, managing development projects and resources management related to the Telecommunication Solutions.

My responsibilities include following and auditing the flow of People (Guests and Employees), Assets and Procedures. Planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating each process in the hotel operating daily schedule.

— As an an OPM my responsibilities were to pull together the visions of the architect, interior designer, owner, operator, and others. When these visions are successfully melded, the hotel guest is satisfied, the owner makes money, and the architect and interior designer can add the project to their list of successful accomplishments.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and guidelines along with assuring the highest degree of quality guest care is maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training and developing hourly staff.
