-Led the architecture, design, and planning of the Radio Access Network (RAN) for national 5Gand 4G infrastructure.-Developed and implemented strategic roadmaps for the deployment of cutting-edge, costeffective RAN solutions, driving the transition to next-generation networks including DistributedRAN (D-RAN), Centralized RAN (C-RAN), and Open RAN (O-RAN).-Directed the long-term evolution and scalability of the RAN in alignment with the organization'sstrategic vision.-Played a crucial role in the tender evaluation committee, overseeing RFQs, RFPs, and RFIsrelated to wireless technology.-Actively participated in the Malaysian Technical Standards Forum (MTSFB), contributing to thedevelopment of technical codes adopted by the Malaysian Communications and MultimediaCommission (MCMC).-Engaged in external RFPs to support enterprise business initiatives.Provided technical expertise and guidance in the development of RAN policies, procedures, andbest practices.-Led training and development programs for the RAN team, fostering a culture of continuouslearning and innovation.-Successfully led the technical delivery of the world's first converged 5G NSA-SA network,utilizing aggregated 700MHz and 3500MHz bands with a Centralized RAN architecture.
