· Responsible for overall day-to-day management of IPAT Department to ensure that all resources is ready to execute the task. To secure resources with respective Department Heads to ensure the department operations carried out as per plan. Ensure the department operations, process and product audit in full compliance with aerospace, International and IPC standards. Develop, monitor and execute capacity plan for production capacity schedule.· Decisive in decision making and able to design suitable department functions. Organize trouble shooting on major problems encountered and implement process change. Develop and implement improvement such as cost reduction, lean manufacturing, line balancing and improve production productivity and efficiency.· Supervise staff to ensure that all production tasks performed, and all machines and equipment operated safely. Responsible for overseeing work schedule (Including overtime and approved leaves). Coordinate and train workers in the organization’s operating procedures and standards in timely manner. Monitor department budget and expenses based on work package approve by department head and program manager.

· Reports to the IOP Manager on production progress update include risk and assist to provide data for critical decision-making. Responsible to analyzed 4M1E requirement for current or any new launch product, transfer of production and transfer of technology throughout industrialization phase starting from data pack analysis until product realization. · Customized manufacturing in STE required to guide and assist engineer on how to understand and properly execute the production operation include understanding before MIT creation (Manufacturing, Inspection and Test). Anticipate advice and provide solution regarding production activity in order to avoid delay or hiccup in production delivery based on experience gained. · IPAT man-power arrangement or requirement based on delivery schedule. man-power improvement skill set planning based on process requirement for example (soldering, crimping, mechanical assembly and cable assembly). Responsible to ensure that all work force is prepared to perform dynamic production task based on internal order.· Communicate with external provider cover task that required preventive maintenance, calibration. Planning to deliver equipment to external provider or perform On-site calibration. Overall task required critical decision making on not to risk the delivery as some equipment required long lead-time to calibrate. Communicate with Inter-department by providing informative update such as man-hours, cycle time for production, costing related to the system and also advise any process solution in order to eliminate issue. Support to provide PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and assist on DMFEA (Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis) that will help to improve design and support changes.

· Reports to the IPAT manager for daily production status or stopper arise during production phase. Perform analysis or verification on tooling or jig in order to ease production process and improve yield. Besides, suggest any improvement process related to production and continually improve process sheet and routing operation in order to achieved desired output based on monthly capacity. · Perform production layout introduction for Future Soldier Radio MVK1.0 and MKV1.1 and capacity planning based on cycle time for assembly process and test defined by R&D. in addition, responsible to register and update newly design MIT and introduction or robotic glue to meet the 3-Axis gluing.

· Reports to the senior production planning on preparation for the production schedule according to the master plan. Manage the production capacity and work force in order to meet delivery date. Preparing the (Estimated versus Actual Production Order Costs) in order to meet the (work in progress cost) before close the production order. Ensure that schedule that been distribute to production are follow according to the planning and closely monitored.· Prepare Production Schedule for yearly project schedule based on confirm delivery and for manufacturing activities. Simulate and provide the information needed by production in term on outstanding or shortage material from the supplier and initiate the material issue once the material available. Follow up with all managers for approval of production order release to production. Other activities relate to manage the 130 Warehouse

· Reports for the production engineer regarding the daily output for the Wheel Cylinder line in which involve the ECD Machine (Electro Chemical Deburring). Perform the SMED (Single Minute Exchange Die) when production requested to change the model to run production on the next day. · Minimizing the physical lost in for Wheel Cylinder stock count on monthly basis. Trigger technician to change the cutting tool that will exceed the cutting life such as groove, milling, fine milling and boring cutter. Implement the Kanban System for the production to trigger the movement of the product from start product casting to product assembly.· Monitoring cutting tool life cycle on weekly basis. Perform the Kanban Board for production and daily update to monitor the movement of product. Handle the Electro Chemical Deburring line and maintenance on weekly basis.· Responsible to handle the Electro Chemical Deburring and ensure that all machine involve are in good condition. Monitor the cutting tool life cycle and update the sheet in daily basis. Furthermore, implement and improve the cycle time each of the machine and direct involvement with the monthly stock take to reduce the missing parts at production area.· Responsible to perform the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) weekly and provide the checklist to the operator and technician and responsible to ensure all cutter are in good condition and purchase if on hand quantity is below the order level.

· Implementing the Kanban Board for the production line and improve the cycle time each of the milling and tuning machine. Redesign the sand blast machine, which is more effective and efficient. Closely monitoring the WC-Wheel Cylinder stock count to ensure that on every month the missing and unidentified are less. Redesign layout for spin chip area and allocate the drum to separate between coolant and chip.· Responsible to implement the Kanban Board throughout the departments · Perform the Kanban Board for production and daily update to monitor the movement of WC-Wheel Cylinder and other Master Brake.· Handle the Electro Chemical Deburring line and maintenance on weekly basis.· Responsible to alert technician to change the cutting tool life cycle when almost exceed to tool life.· Handle the Electro Chemical Deburring (ECD) machine and ensure that all line machine involve are in good condition.· Responsible to monitor the life cycle for the cutting tool and update the sheet in daily basis.· Responsible to implement new Kanban Board for Production.
