• Perform daily checks on systems and interfaces and keeps business processes running.• Serve as recording secretary for division; compiling and distributing of quarterly reports.• Preparation and drafting of confidential administrative correspondence, memos and reports.• .• Support development and preparation of work product (weekly reports, presentations, etc.). ·        Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.·        Managing restaurant staff’s work schedules. ·        Communicate with staff and resolve their problems to ensure proper work flow.·        Meet sales goals by training, motivating, monitoring and providing feedback to sales staff.·        Create and execute business plan to drive sales and growth.·        Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen and dining area, to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.·        Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.·        Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.·        Monitoring inventory daily and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. ·        Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.·         Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

• Assist the Shift Manager in Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and disciplining outlet staff.• Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through all guest’s interactions.• Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.• Make sure every FOH staff member is well informed about current day (run outs, promotions) etc.• Ensure every team member is well aware of their shift targets & individual targets.• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.• Maintain cleanliness of all outlets on a daily basis.• Work closely with the shift Manager, Restaurant Manager in monthly beverage inventory and quarterly chinaware, glassware, silverware inventory.• Assist the shift Manager in planning and setting up special events e.g. Eid events, Independanceday, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Christmas, or staff birthday.• Any other duty assigned by the Shift manager or Restaurant Manager
