I have joined with PT. Dean Shoes since April 20, 2012. The corporate is Taiwanese which is running to produce footwear by International brands are Nike Inc, Under Armour and Brooks. PT. Dean Shoes is my first company to work on foot wear manufacturing industry. At the first six month of working, I am emphasized through some training for all new employees requirement. The training were introducing me to great some thing new, new peoples and society. Also, they gave good experiences and education which is able to open my mind and be more creative to build up for new ideas.By among the training, my obvious training could change as a personal are Leadership and Kaizen concept training due to both training is needed to us to be a good leader.Leadership training was really to give me a guidance how to improve personality and strong character. and the kaizen training is a tool me to explore my talent to build up new idea and how be more creative. My first position was chemical engineering staff who is in charge for assembly process. I have to responsible and support production process, and need to focus that all chemical that applied was followed SOP/PFC. Since September 2013, I was in charged to validate the new project is no sew facility. the project is new technology which is to applied on upper process. No sew process is able to reduce a lot of process and men power to achieve cost efficiency.At January 2016, I have got a honor which is the manger trust me to in charge for automation project. the project is to validate the brand new machine auto spray. the smart machines is designed and produced in Korean Company with advance technology. The machines is help to reduce a lot process and men power. Besides, using this technology is able to reduce waste and energy saving, efficient and achieve optimum productivity. Since August 2018, I got new position as Chemical Engineering Lead for shoes manufacturing. I in charge to manage chemical engineering team which is comprised, CE Commerce, CE sustainability, incoming chemical testing, Manufacturing Quality Audit and Quality Ansuran. As Chemical Engineering leader has larger framework, is not merely for internally but I should have linked and work close with other department , Lab, Purchasing, Business, Quality and Safety and Environment.As additional, I also understood about SOP, PDCA. ACTION PLAN, QMS, TDS, MSDS,RSL and reporting. Chemical Engineering team is a problem solver to support mass production.
