I earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Brawijaya and started my career as an application developer in the oil and gas industry on a business application development team. After two years of work, I decided to take a master's degree at Universitas Indonesia while working. I am interested in the project management area so I chose it as my thesis research. I always want to learn new skills to enhance my abilities and contribute to the organization.
