• Design, Implement and Manage public Cloud Infrastructure• Provide break/fix support for the cloud environment• Develop and execute migration for hybrid cloud environment• Actively participate to review and design Architecture and find the best solution based on the requirements• Perform Proof-of-Concept to ensure the solution is meet customer expectations• Deliver the solutions and perform troubleshoot activity when problem occurred• Google Workspace

• Serve as Level 2 Engineer for escalation of advanced incidents, problems, and change management for company's private and public cloud.• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (Server, Storage & VMware).• Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues.• Installing, configuring and maintaining operating systems, application software.• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.• Liaise with vendors and other Engineers for problem resolution.
