The results of the analysis can be used as consideration in making decisions by the site and HO-Operation in solving operational problems in the field. In addition, the data from the analysis can also be used as a basis for formulating ideas for continuous improvement while still prioritizing intense coordination in all activities that have been properly analyzed.

Responsible for:1. Manpower management was given by HO, and manage and divide jobs according to what is given2. Analyzing any existing problems and then discussing with the team to plan and implement OPT work3. Encouraging team members to be based on data in every job so that accurate data will determine the right control4. Making breakthroughs in controlling pests and diseases of oil palm such as the control of bagworms based on age and based on plant characteristics. Then control caterpillars in integrated pest management using environmentally friendly and inexpensive control principles.5. Analyze and make reports on a monthly and daily basis (cost) to provide advice to related parties (afdeling etc.)6. Give rewards to team members who do an extraordinary job.
