• Supporting patients with private physiotherapy sessions at home• Created individualized home exercise programs for outpatient therapy clients to improve health and wellness. • Helping patients with all needed exercises and movements to increase ability and power to recover and get back to their normal life.• Follow up on patients to insure that our program is running in the right way• Testing our patients on weekly basis to evaluate muscle, nerve, joint and functional abilities.• Insure that our patients are receiving all the benefit needed for improvement• Reviewed physician referrals and patient medical records to formulate and accurate diagnoses and best course of treatment.• Educating our patients for the needed instructions to follow.• Receiving referrals.
