Senior Linux Support Engineer
Current1. Resolve the most complex escalations within the Support department, ensuring only issues requiring intervention from other departments are escalated further.2. Mentor, train, and support junior staff to enhance their skills and reduce the overall inflow of tickets and escalations.3. Refine technical expertise in CloudLinux OS products and services, preparing for potential growth into roles such as Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Development.4. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to aid internal teams and improve customer experience.5. Provide quality oversight of support interactions, ensuring the highest standards are upheld.6. Collaborate with Support Management and other departments to ensure the specialized team's success.7. Engage in "Next Issue Prevention" by identifying patterns and developing solutions to prevent recurring issues.8. Effectively manage escalations to Product Development, ensuring timely and clear communication.9. Consistently interact with key customers to address pain points, identify opportunities, and propose additional services or solutions.10. Exhibit excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal) and continuously grow technical skills to adapt to evolving requirements.11. Adapt to additional responsibilities or adjustments to the role as needed based on company requirements, with changes reflected in internal documentation.
