Plan, direct, and coordinate the financial strategies of the group. The group was owned by The United Development Company( UDC) and the National District Cooling Company (TABREED)Responsible for funding, accounting, reporting, procurement, stores, IT, feasibility studies, project financial and pricing models, billing and collection.Member of the board for two Subsidiaries; CoolTech Qatar, and I2I Qatar.Member of various committees at the group level including executive committee, finance committee, projects committee, and audit committee.

Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies and guidance, adherence to professional standards, contribute to the profitable growth by ensuring client engagements are executed in an efficient manner, identify and follow up on opportunities to provide new services, provide and demonstrate value to clients, commit to meeting clients expectations, develop skills and knowledge of the people and live the firms shared culture and values at all times.• Plan & manage the audit assignments (timing, staffing and scope of work); • Review the audit field work and ensure testing is done as per the designed plan;• Resolve audit issues and ensure compliance with the standards (IFRS);• Review and finalize final deliverables and financial statements;• Report the weaknesses and inefficiencies in the internal control and audit risks; • Diversified knowledge of several sectors (utilities, oil and gas, construction, services, manufacturing, banking and investments);• Was involved in several special assignments, including but not limited to, agreed upon procedures and due diligence.
