Project Executive & Project Consultant- Monitor site construction after pre contract stage finish.- Monitor entire project for Klinik Kesihatan and Klinik Pergigian in Malaysia. - Liaises with appointed M&E, Architect, Civil Engineer consultant regarding construction drawings for approval from client before construction start. - Monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, standards, and quality.- Ensure good workmanship provided by contractors, check on any reported non-conformances and correction to all non-conformances.- Conduct site visit to brief user, supplier and client regarding construction involves in site. - Conduct kick-off meeting to user, supplier, contractor and client.- Conduct testing and commissioning after the site construction finish involving user, supplier, contractor, appointed consultant and client. - Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to client.- Verify As Built BQ submitted by contractor such as rate, quantity and scope of work involve.- Check As Built Drawings for consultant endorsement.- Prepare As Built Drawings report for monthly claim. - Brief contractor and supplier on client’s standard requirement. - Check contractor and consultant monthly claim. - Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Procurement and Account)- Prepare valuation order standard form including the valuation order bill of quantity.- Prepare quotation, purchase order, invoice and Delivery Order- Attend LAD meeting with client.- Prepare Variation order documentation with related vendor.- Involve in renovation work for in house project such as BQ preparation, drawing and all related document.- Microsoft Project for construction work time line.
