Forecasts and estimates program requirements. Prepare programmatic reports for briefings. Provides advisory services to management officials involving significant complexity with extensively interrelated programs.Oversees execution of programs of broad scope and mission impact. Reviews and interprets new and established directives and delegations of authority for potential impact on major program objectives, operating policies, and progress. Prepares internal operating procedures and policies concerning assigned programs and recommends required adjustments to assure proper and adequate accomplishment of program goals.
