*To plan, organize, coordinate, control and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, method statement, budget and safety requirements mostly on ECRL project.*To prepare and grant the validity of insurance, work permit and any other necessary documents required during work in progress.*To complete projects according to client’s requirement.*To effectively manage resources such as manpower, materials and machineries productively*To efficiently coordinate and manage within the budget and maintain good quality of site activity being performed by own resource or outsource (sub-contractors).*To obtain and update the daily site progress through Daily Report.*To report the Project Manager the site progress (daily, weekly and monthly) with suggestion for improvement.*To prepare project progress claim.*To ensure project handed over in a proper manner.*To participate in the tendering process, if necessary.*Undertaking other duties and responsibilities delegated time to time.

-Developing feasibility evaluations that help project teams plan and document proposed installation routes.-Issuing work orders for equipment that's causing issues.-Evaluating a project's scope and estimating the costs to establish and manage the associated budget.-Performing risk analyses to determine strategies for improving project outcomes.-Collaborating with outside plant technicians and specialists to prepare and complete projects.-Documenting and reporting progress, constraints and budget needs with appropriate executives and project owners.-Directing and managing project teams in the development, construction and maintenance of cable and fiber optic lines.-Assisting OSP drafting technicians in creating print drawings and illustrations of poles, fiber optic cables, conduits and other electronic items.-Providing details that relate to the expenses of telecommunications project materials.-Performing quality control checks on project stages

Respond to SPC violation data and carry out annotation4. Respond to line process issue and work closely with equipment group and process group to resolve issue effectively.5. Execute OCAP outlined in all OCAP specs6. Follow established Operations and Process Specifications and various written procedures7. Comply with procedures stipulated in Silterra Environmental Management System.8. Work with Manufacturing to meet the production goal.9. Ensure safe working environment10. Participate in the Emergency Response Team.

Job Responsibilities:-Operate various complex Production and Metrology tools in a Wafer Fabrication environment.-Operate Production and Metrology equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.-Maximize Production Output by working directly with management. Provide developmental input and feedback to capital improvement decisions in Inline Production Cycle Time Reduction to achieve Target Move Goal.-As a team player, work closely with co-workers and provide cross training to team members to increase production productivity.-Supported engineering team by participating in data collection and problem- solving analysis. Measure and record data associated with operating equipment.-Perform visual inspection of the production wafers to make sure that it is of the best quality possible and adherence to customer specifications.-Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance.-Maintained Lean Manufacturing and 6S, Quality principles.
