I am thrilled to announce that I have officially started my new position as a volunteer USAID HES Academic Mentor for first-year Business students at the Lebanese American University

Under the leadership component of HES, every USAID student is required to implement a fully-funded Community Service Project, henceforth referred to as CSP. As the Project Lead for "In Our Heart" CSP at the Lebanese American University, I spearheaded an initiative focused on integrating disabled individuals into society and preventing bullying.Our project aimed to provide sessions on self-esteem, expression of feelings, and other activities in collaboration with the Red Cross at Baakline National College. We worked tirelessly to ensure disabled individuals felt included and supported in their communities, promoting a culture of acceptance and empowerment.Through effective coordination with our incredible team and the guidance of USAID supervisor Ms. Nazek Bohsalo, we successfully conducted impactful sessions that fostered understanding and empathy among participants. This experience allowed me to develop leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep appreciation for the importance of community engagement.I am proud of the positive impact "In Our Heart" CSP has had on the lives of disabled individuals and the broader community. This experience reinforced my commitment to social responsibility and inspired me to continue advocating for inclusivity and equality in all aspects of life.

As an intern at AMIDEAST's Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program, a vital initiative funded by the U.S. government, I'm actively engaged in the initial phases of student recruitment. Working within a collaborative team, I've been involved in a variety of critical tasks, including English entrance exams, interviews, data entry, and comprehensive data collection and analysis. I am dedicated to supporting the program as it progresses through the various recruitment phases, ensuring the success of this dynamic youth exchange and study initiative

As an intern at The Chain of Education, I am excited to take on the dual role of Content Manager and Data Analyst. In the realm of Content Management, I am crafting and curating educational materials that empower learners. Simultaneously, my role as a Data Analyst involves extracting meaningful insights to drive informed decisions.
