Joined the company when it was running on two bare-metal servers co-located in Sacramento that went down nightly for backups. We currently operate out of three AWS regions across the globe, and have failover and redundancy in place across all systems. I wrote a custom CLI (http://awsm.cloud/) for automating our AWS server builds and scaling capabilities, as well as Dev-Ops tools to facilitate remote development and deployments. In that same timespan our monthly traffic more than tripled, and we saw major decreases in response time. I've helped develop our JSON API that powers a ReactJS front-end and various apps, as well as taken on several front-end projects.

Worked on a mid-sized team that built and maintained 200+ bare-metal servers in a couple of colo’s in Dallas. While there I created the companies first Active Directory Domain and Group Policies. I assisted with bringing our servers up to SAS70/PCI standards, and I wrote and implemented a custom monitoring and alerting service.

Inbound phone and email support for Stanford University and Parkland Hospitals. Provided support for kiosk, nurse stations, and radiology equipment. Along with user account maintenance and remote system administration, I created new training documentation and provided shadow training to new hires.
