Essential Responsibilities:- Handling more than 600 employees' accounts in pivot tables.- Prepare monthly reports.- Review and send payments on time to our Dopay success manager and Banque Misr payroll service system.- Deal with customer services to facilitate usage and solve problems of employees such as chargeback cases.- Help cardholders to activate their cards.- Divide the employees by other payment methods: current accounts, cheques or cash and follow-up bank balances.- Send employees' data to issue new prepaid cards.- Request replacement cards.

Key Responsibilities:- Analyze bank statements and cash flow.- Prepare financial reports and forecasts.- Manage employee payroll, including processing salaries and deductions.- Resolve payroll issues and inquiries.- Record and reconcile financial transactions.- Prepare and analyze financial statements.- Conduct audits of financial records.- Manage the company's prepaid card program, including issuing, activating, and deactivating cards.- Resolve card disputes and chargebacks.- Create and maintain databases to track financial data.- Prepare pivot tables and indexes to analyze financial trends and performance metrics.- Generate financial reports for management.
