As an IT Head I look forward all the responsibilities as mention below and leading 6 people’s team.Responsibilities:• Perform a wide range of system administration duties on web, application, database servers and storage infrastructure, including install, debug, maintain, upgrade, and general tier 3 support, providing assistance to the IT Service Desk for ticket escalations. This would include testing and deployment of hardware and software, performing regular and on-demand backups and recoveries, and create/maintain documentation for all processes and procedures, among other duties. • Perform regular maintenance on the Web hosting environments, including software installation, upgrades, and patching.• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, and operation of systems and related infrastructure for multiple ecommerce websites.• Support custom development and business activities as they relate to the Web infrastructure, including performing custom application code deployments, assisting with testing and validation, and remediation.• Maintains Web system performance by performing system monitoring, analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, and operating system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing.• Upgrade and configure system software that supports website infrastructure applications or Content/Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.• Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites.• Check and analyze operating system or application log files regularly to verify proper system performance.• Participate in on-call rotation to provide off-hour support; perform troubleshooting as needed
