A development media project that seeks to support and empower persons with disabilities by challenging the narratives and stereotypes surrounding them. It also aims to provide development and education services that help them overcome the obstacles in their lives.I develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with objectives. Supervision on project activities by working with a diverse team to identify the right content.

The project, supported by Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung, is an independent initiative aims at promoting an inclusive socio-economic environment in Lebanon as well as encouraging policy reforms that protect Syrian refugees’ rights.I develop and implement effective communication strategies, also I produce, manage and circulate multimedia content for audiences through traditional media outlets and social media networks.

I worked with a team on conducting and recording interviews, as well as compilation of information and making summaries, using tools for analysis and interpretation of data. In addition to developing research protocols and literature review. In addition, Ettijahat awarded me a grant to conduct cultural research titled “The image of generations in Syrian documentary films, a sample of produced films from 2016 to 2018”.

▪ Create and manage online platforms to promote radio drama and engage audiences.▪ Work with the production team to narrow down ideas and identify the right content for the social media outputs and website.▪ Develop and source audio, visual and text-based material. And assist with marketing and promotional campaigns.▪ Generating and managing online debates and discussions around the themes of the projects.
