• Ensure & minimizes complaint related to core (Voice & SMS) product launching• Create product narration that will be put on the web site (www.xl.co.id)• Create/Update/Modify notification script on every subscribers touch point (IR notification, PCN, Usage threshold notification, Voice threshold notification, SMS threshold notification, Reload notification, SMSBC and Notification for all packets that available on UMB)• Create training deck & FAQ for all prepaid product• Socialize new prepaid product to related parties (e.g. Front liners, Regions, Channel distribution)

• Preparing daily report of postpaid new acquisitions to direct sales manager and activation management• Preparing daily reports of manage data reports for activation management• Preparing weekly acquisitions report by channel type and payment type to channel management• Preparing monthly report of postpaid acquisitions by channel type and payment type to postpaid operations management• Analyzing daily activation activity from the data query process to make sure compliance to activation procedure, giving reports of non-compliance activities• Generate & provide activation data processing for management and other units• Taking corrective actions based on billing team/other unit request regarding non-compliance activation activities• Performing UAT (User Acceptance Tests) for new programs, application and system

• Responsible to postpaid new acquisition subscriber process• Handling inquiries on migration from prepaid to postpaid (Jempol & Bebas to Xplor) or postpaid to prepaid (Xplor to Bebas)• Handling inquiries activation personal & corporate customer• Ensure smooth process of postpaid activation across products
