As the Safety Advisor for the Northern Region, I lead INSO's service delivery, serving as the primary liaison between the organization and local authorities, stakeholders, partners, and the humanitarian community. My role involves coordinating local teams in multiple field offices and providing essential security analysis and advice to facilitate aid delivery to those in need. I establish and maintain a robust information network with NGOs, the UN, military forces, and other security actors, ensuring the timely dissemination of credible safety information and analysis to our partners. Additionally, I support NGOs in enhancing their security management capacities, oversee office logistics and administration, and uphold INSO's independence, impartiality, and neutrality mandate while providing our partners with real-time incident and crisis management support.

In my capacity as Project Supervisor, I cultivated strong community ties to support project implementation. Spearheading awareness campaigns and coordinating responses to community needs, I built relationships with key stakeholders like elders and religious leaders. Handling conflict resolution and establishing 20 Family Health Houses were integral aspects of my role. Additionally, I managed data submission to MOPH and donors as HMIS officer and provided technical support to health facility staff. I advocated for the empowerment of women and girls and facilitated community-based protection strategies, while also overseeing fraud prevention measures and managing individual protection cases. Additionally, I provided legal advice, ensured compliance with data protection policies, and led efforts to identify and prevent statelessness. I also focused on capacity development and information management to enhance protection outcomes.

In my capacity as a Project Coordinator, I assumed diverse responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of various projects. This central role demanded collaborative efforts with the project management team, stakeholders, and funding partners to streamline effective strategies and processes. My main responsibilities included enhancing rapport with funding partners at provincial and regional levels, representing the organization in coordination and planning events, and fostering a cooperative environment with transparency in activities. Additionally, I led project implementation, provided guidance, ensured compliance, and offered support to project staff. I represented AADA in government and sectoral meetings, facilitated networking and solidarity across networks and agencies, and prioritized learning and staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives. Moreover, I closely monitored budget utilization, collaborated with finance on budget planning, and ensured timely submission of reports, including monthly progress reports and the final project report with evidence-based success.

Cure Connection has designed a viable platform to deliver global quality medical services throughout Afghanistan. The cornerstone of this effort includes the extensive use of multinational medical professionals including pharma sector, telemedicine, and teleradiology, to facilitate the capacity building of Afghan medical professionals. Rural villages throughout Afghanistan are the focus of early detection and diagnosis of chronic and life-threatening conditions. Cure Connection has eliminated the commission-based fee schedule for its Afghan clients. This has been achieved through MOUs with its associated world-class hospitals, doctors and clinicians, as well as with the assistance of the Afghan and Indian governments.

As a Language Interpreter, I delivered precise verbatim interpretation services for IOM South Asia and the US Embassy in New Delhi. My responsibilities encompassed in-person, telephone, and video conference interpretation, ensuring accurate communication without paraphrasing. Upholding strict confidentiality, I followed program procedures for note disposal and maintained objectivity, cultural sensitivity, and impartiality in all interactions. Additionally, I promptly reported challenges and participated in relevant training sessions to uphold organizational standards, including compliance with IOM Standards of Conduct, Policies, and Procedures.

In my role as an International Patient Coordinator, I efficiently managed the coordination of a significant volume of international patients and families. This involved conveying essential information such as appointment details, care plans, and available resources including financial assistance and concierge services. Serving as the primary point of contact, I addressed patient concerns using established protocols and implemented service recovery measures when necessary. Additionally, I demonstrated a nuanced understanding of various cultures, advocating staunchly for international patients to ensure equitable healthcare services. My responsibilities also included coordinating clinical and non-clinical care, assisting with appointment scheduling and follow-up, enhancing collaborative relationships with clinical staff, resolving issues promptly, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
