I give sound legal repercussion & solution, excel in drafting, vetting agreements and minutes with given constraints. My gut instinct is good & I seek fact and data for my decisions.I will be a center of other practising lawyers-friends especially in corporate legal matter, although I have ceased to practice for quite some time. When not at work, I'm at home fathering the world's greatest little 6 yo daughter. She is absolutely cute and helped me to really understand what is the parenting is.I enjoy meeting people and hearing new perspectives and problems. But when my daughter hissing out my name, I will be vanished.
