I played a pivotal role in architecting and developing a comprehensive flex-desk and meeting room booking solution that fosters collaboration, and provides insights and management tools for office administrators and IT personnel. In addition to building the software and shaping the architecture for scalability and security, I assumed the responsibility of mentoring junior developers, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams.

At Djäkne, a startup incubator, I engaged in diverse projects encompassing web and native app development, alongside data collection and analysis tools. A standout accomplishment involved collaborating with Svensk Elitfotboll (SEF) to enhance live sports data collection and conflict resolution. This entailed streamlining the merging of observers' reports on in-game events such as assists and fouls from disparate sources, showcasing my ability to manage complex data synchronization challenges effectively.

At Extellio, a startup offering a web app analytics, targeted surveys, and performance monitoring platform, I played a key role in a transformative journey. Our team transitioned the platform from an internal tool primarily utilized by company analysts for customer implementation to a user-centric SaaS product accessible for direct customer engagement.My key contributions revolved around an extensive front-end redesign, enhancing user-friendliness and intuitiveness. Additionally, I actively participated in optimizing the platform's scalability to accommodate a larger user base.

After working as developer for four years, I got offered a position as a product manager at Lime. That sounded like fun and I wanted to try it out. One big advantage to going from development to product is that it gave me a huge advantage when communicating with developers and consultants who deliver our products. It was also great when talking to technical customers, partners using our API:s and our tech support. However, It wasn't all good. One of the big challenges for me, was focusing on the "problem space" and not the "solution space", that is something that I have to actively think about.During my time as a PM I worked with Lime products targeting sales and marketing market segments. This thought me quite a lot about those domains.

Lime is the swedish market leader on CRM. They develop, sell, deliver and support their CRM products. This is quite great if you are a developer, because you are always close to the actual user. You direct input from users when developing new features, and quick feedback when something breaks.I joined Lime when the development department was still quite small so I got a chance to work on all of their three CRM products. I later took lead on gracefully moving users from their oldest legacy product, Lime Easy, to the other two; Lime Go which is a Sales focused CRM system for smaller companies and Lime CRM which is Limes flagship platform.

Informing, helping and directing technical students in the beginning of their carrier, as well as helping them to find a starting job that fit their skills and needs.

As a member of the student organization I was the link between my fellow system development students and the business market. This implied organizing job fares, lectures from professionals in the field and visits to leading companies.
