Manage the full operations E2E (expansion planning, pick-pack process, inventory management, property/asset management, operational standards, health & safety, expense control, maintenance, and last-mile delivery)● Lead the operations team in Kuwait of 40 store supervisors, 200+ pickers, IT engineers and maintenance supervisors● Lead the expansion in Kuwait to 9 dark store locations in 6 months, 21 days per ≈300sqm store as Delivery Hero's q-commerce pilot country ● Support in global expansion in APAC, MENA, LATAM and EU● Achieve order pick time of 3 min/order & 12+UTR (orders/hr) picked● Manage stores cost vs budget, de-grow OPEX by 2% MoM vs budget● Institute, train & develop programs for pickers, receivers, and QCs● Enhance operations productivity and reduce waste through developing a custom WMS, picking & fulfillment system, staff management tools, Lean & Six Sigma methodology and building operations dashboards
