CurrentWebDealer solutions is a Canada-based Live Chat Company that has an offshore office in Lahore. As a Customer service representative, my duties included:• Analyzing different businesses to see if they can use Live Chat for their website. • Studying the pattern of traffic on the websites of prospects to see what bundle of services would be appropriate to pitch.• Making cold emails, following up with hot leads, devising the appropriate package considering the business of the prospect, negotiating the price if needed, and closing the sale.• Getting the legal paperwork signed in a timely manner after closing each sale.• Training the team before they go live on each website.• Providing after-sales support to clients in case needed for updating or reporting anything.
