Objective: To enlist and guide the talents and energies of teachers, students, and parents toward achieving common educational aims. Description:For the first time in the history of Pakistan, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa took an initiative on educational "quality".In 2018, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED) launched School Quality Management Initiative (SQMI) – a series of trainings to improve field-level monitoring and assistance for improvement of primary level education in the province.SQMI plays a vital role to improve the quality of school inspections and standardize teaching/learning process. The SQMI provides the basis of school ranking to E&SED and technically empowered the ASDEOs to provide immediate feedback to teachers and head teachers for improvement in quality of teaching/learning and school management.After training of all ASDEOs at Provincial Institute for Teacher Education (PITE), they started SQMI visits from February 2018. In these visits, teaching practices were observed, students were assessed, school management was observed and on spot feedback to teacher and head teachers was provided. E&SED concluded that this new initiative has brought the real change in quality of teaching and learning. Since 2019, E&SED has been planning to increase the posts of ASDEOs, so that all the schools of the province will be visited on regular basis. This year in 2022, the department recruited School/Educational Leaders (ASDEOs-Quality) to serve the same purpose. Although the main idea remains the same, the domain of these new appointees is widened with extraordinary management and leadership.Responsibilities:Currently, each officer is responsible for a cluster of 10-15 schools covering, but not limited to, the following:1. School Leadership2.Teachers training and mentoring3. Classroom observation, assessment, and management4. Educational administration5. Community engagement

Objective: To enhance my knowledge and skills as a scientific researcher.Description:In order to advance my understanding of science and technology, I have started struggling as an independent researcher. I collaborate with my peers on different topics. I am open to research assistantship especially focusing on civil engineering, structural engineering, building information modelling, finite element modeling, construction, concrete technology and sustainable development.

The Pearl Education Academy is a kindergarten-12th grade educational institute situated in the upper part of Swat district. For more than a decade of excellence, PEA has been applying various modern teaching/learning techniques and models to advance the educational level of its students. In 2020, the academy took a bold initiative to break the norms of education by leveling up its students from "remembering" to higher stages on Bloom's Taxonomy. The academy recruited fresh graduates with professional degrees, e.g. engineers, technologists, and health professionals. The aim of the programme was to promote "learning by doing".In October 2021, I was invited to be part of the programme as a STEM Educator. As I was fascinated by the idea and I wanted to enhance my soft skills for a professional career, I joined the programme. As of now, the initiative has achieved pretty interesting results. For example, about 80% of the 90th and above percentile students in practical education were those who had been at 25th or below percentile in the traditional education and assessments.Overall, this has been a rich experience for me in terms of communication and presentation. It enhanced my teamwork and leadership skills. The study and practice I did in this experience helped me secure a position as an Educational Leader.

Objective: To serve as an engineering intern at a construction site for at least 2 months in partial fulfillment of the internship requirements for the degree of bachelors in Civil Engineering.Project Title: Construction of 200-bed Student Hostel at UET MardanScheme Name: Establishment of Core Engineering Departments at the University of Engineering and Technology MardanResponsibilities:1. Assisting the field supervisor in site inspection and quality assurance.2. Preparing weekly progress reports and other related documents.3. Conducting meetings and interviews with professionals.

Objective: To serve as an engineering intern at an engineering firm for at least 2 months in partial fulfillment of the internship requirements for the degree of bachelors in Civil Engineering.Project Title: Design and Construction of a 3-storey Commercial Building in Buner DistrictResponsibilities:1. Assisting the field supervisor in design & drafting and supervision of site work.2. Communicating manager's messages with site supervisors.3. Inspecting cost and schedule.
