Worked as a strategy consultant with private corporations, foundations, and governments across Asia, Africa, and the United States. Have expertise in strategy development, design thinking, and program design and management.Focused on FinTech and Financial Inclusion, and helped establish a strong Financial Inclusion Practice in Asia. Served as Lead for all regional training activities in Asia, and the Ombudsman for the Asia region. Select engagements: ● Worked in the office of Mr. Nandan Nilekani to develop the go-to-market strategy for the government's flagship mobile application BHIM● Developed the first-ever framework for measuring financial health of low-income communities for the Gates Foundation, through extensive human centered design research in Asia and Africa ● Helped set-up the USAID - Government of India Partnership to Advance Digital Payments in India, and brought on 50+ key corporate organizations to develop a platform that promotes digital payments acceptance and use● Worked with one of the largest Oil and Gas company to set-up country-wide entrepreneur training programs (with a focus on renewable energy solutions) in North Africa, Middle-East, South-East Asia, and the Caribbean

The Department of Education falls under the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and manages the city's public school systems. It runs over 1000 schools, with over 1.5 Million students, and over 50k teachers. I worked as an External Consultant to the Education Minister on a Secondment from Dalberg, and helped develop and launch the government's flagship education programs. Was extended an offer to join the Minister's office full-time. My primary focus was to develop the blueprint of the "Mentor-Teacher Program", that established a train-the-trainer network in Delhi, to help the government better deliver training programs to teachers. Liaised with 4 partner organizations to implement the program, leading to launch of the network in record time.
