Handling piping & steel structural project. Job based on contract under Petra, MOC & Dialog. • Inspection & monitoring of welding activities WPQT ,WQT and production in relation to project, verification of welding process  SMAW/FCAW, TIG/SMAW & AUTO (GMAW)  • Review ITP’s, WPS, welder’s certification, welder’s performance and procedures.• Monitoring the procedure qualification and record all the activities. Also conduct the visual inspection after completion of weld and request the NDT according to the client specification.• Material receiving inspection carried out fit-up inspection, Visual inspection, touch-up painting and arrange NDT for completed joint as per requirements. Accompany NDT contractor to implement work according to procedures and specification.•  Witness the mechanical testing with engineer, client and third party.• Inspection and monitoring of steel structure fabrication & pipeline activities done such as material inspection, receipt, marking and traceability during construction for pipeline, jacket,conductor,topside,riser and spool installation.• To check the welding parameter during welding progress.• Witnessed,monitoring and review of NDT (MT/PT/UT/RT) and automatic Ultrasonic Testing (AUT) activities and reports. • Monitoring FJC (Field Joint Coating) for surface preparation, surface profile cleanliness and roughness as client specification, and inspected holiday testing after coating completed by holiday detector and visual examination,monitor coating repair followed the project procedure and client specification.
