And conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.• Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.• Select, install, and calibrate various instruments such as sensors, transmitters, control valves, and analyzers.• Troubleshoot and maintain instrumentation and control systems.• Monitor the performance of SCADA system and troubleshoot any issues that arise.• Analyze data collected from field systems and provide recommendations for improving efficiency and reducing downtime.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SCADA systems and make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.• Collaborate with IT department to ensure proper integration of PLC’s and SCADA system with other company technologies.• Document and maintain accurate records of SCADA system configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting steps.• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working with SCADA system and related equipment.• Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements for new SCADA system features and functionalities.
