- Lead team members consisting of Learning Strategists, Learning Designers, Facilitators, and Interns- Lead and supervise the end to end projects of program development, curriculum development, learning designing, monitoring and evaluation- Collaborate with the Learning Product Team to create digital content for learning- Design strategic projects for Business Development Team to meet the B2B clients' needs

- Curriculum Developer: Design and develop curriculum to provide great quality of learning- Learning Designer: Design and develop learning programs with strong pedagogical framework and instructional design- Program Leader: Supervise Learning Designer Associates to develop quality learning programs- Curator: Curate programs accordance to the learning values- Product Developer: Create PRD for Learning Management System based on the learning needs

• Responsible in developing learning content modules for clients including research and training need analysis process to make sure training will answer client needs. • Creating training and consulting proposals to various institution• Organizing training program from A to Z• Creating training program reports
