After 9 months of teaching uper-intermediate and advanced classes at Star Educational Society, we have found out that the 3books of New Streamline and the system are too old and are not going to help students learn the English language. Most of the students in advanced and level 5, 6 classes were not able to speak English after studying the language for 2 to 3 years. In addition, as teachers, we have suggested and worked hard to bring changes to the system and have new teaching books for students to build up their confidence and work on all four skills of language including Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking but it was refused every time. Therefore, I invited some of the talented teachers to establish the Taimuri English Language Academy. Despite so many challenges preparing the new books of Family and Friends 2nd Edition and American English File 3rd Edition, we could successfully launch the TELA academy and more than hundreds students are now benefiting from the program and this number is increasing day by day. In fact, we don't know how long we'll stay here but after leaving this place (Quetta - Pakistan) we really want to look back and appreciate the impacts and what we have done here as a social responsibility.

I'm really happy to share my newest experience of being a volunteer (Assistant) lecturer of Development Management course at Kabul University faculty of PPA for the past one and half months. As my first words to students, I told them that I really wished that we could meet at different time and different situation so that we could have more regular courses together, more readings, and more time to share knowledge and exchange ideas. [Actually, the classes where I deliver lectures on Development Management are the ones who lost 14 of their colleagues in the terrorist attack at Kabul University and their lecturer (Sir Fawad Ebrahimi) was injured badly (AlhamduLillah he is better now)]. I'm hope to get the chance to have regular and in person classes in March (The online classes are not accessible for many students who live in provinces).
