As a Project Manager in HDA Downstream Build and Commissioning Manager’s organisation within the Telstra HFC Program, I was accountable for the end-to-end management of the unserviceable location IDs within the HFC delivered footprint, ensuring serviceability criteria, and specifically the Copper Disconnection Date requirements, were achieved. I provided national governance across the HFC program, working closely with Telstra and internal nbn groups to meet serviceability objectives, within agreed quality, time, budget, and safety targets.
