For various projects have worked with the BDC team in coordination with the LPO to prepare drawings in Schematic Design and Detail Design Stage. Presently working as the authoritative Architect for the Administration building in Medical Evacuation, Saudi Air Force, KSA and also as the BIM coordinator for the entire project. Have also been working in parallel with the Sharjah BIM team to develop families and generic details for ongoing and future projects. Services rendered include coordination with other disciplines, generation and detailing of BIM models, development of construction drawings and details for the following packages: GA drawings, joinery detail and scheduling, signage details, ramp details, typical details, etc.• Stephenson Street West Ham, LondonFor the RIBA Stage 4 became one of the core member for Podium planning where along with the UK team have been coordinating the layout with Multi-D consultants and have also been assessing the risks and its solutions. Been instrumental in using BIM model to deliver information based on client requirements and to strategically also schedule it. Assessing the clashes and identifying the actions and keeping it monitored in BIM.Worked on different packages of podium including GAs, Blockwork, Thermal Lining, Marketing Collateral, Setting-out, RC Work, etc.Worked on planning drawings.Supported the GDC team in the advanced stage 3 submission of podium for the following packages: General Arrangement, Fire Strategy, Zone Plans, Elevation and Sections. Detail work of Unit layouts and Bathroom Pod types.

Liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies.• Coordinating with other consultants, and to come up with solutions if clash would happen.• Part of projects from concept to working: assessing requirements, proposing concept and evolving it to GFC stage.• Produced working drawings, details and specifications for the construction team.• Prepared submission drawings for Housing, Commercial and Institutional projects across India.• Prepared completion and As-built drawings for various projects.• Experienced in township projects where I was involved in all phases of designing, planning, submission and working.• Have been part of Site inspection team.• Responsible for the coordination with site and/or client engineers for shop drawings and submittals for approvals.• Worked as the Lead Architect for the team in a competition project on Institutional projects for Delhi Government.• Created custom walls, floors & roof types by modifying their structure and by customizing different engineering parameters (like Thermal Conductivity, Specific heat etc.) of materials for energy load calculations.• Created custom families using various family templates for components like doors, windows, columns and various other building component for BIM on Revit.

Major Projects – Residence at Oxford Road; Residence in Roseacre Gardens; Residence in Slough |etc.  Role and Responsibilities: • Developing elevations, sections and plans for the projects based on given requirements using AutoCAD and ADOBE.• Site development on Revit by incorporating existing surroundings and conditions for the model development.• Creating Custom families using various family templates for doors, windows, columns and various other building components as per London styles and standards on Revit.• Materials for 3D had to be custom made as per the need and want of the client.• Extracted 3D and panoramic views from the model by rendering it on Autodesk Cloud A360.• Used Adobe Photoshop to enhance the views and adjust them to real time images provided.
