The domestic (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil to anywhere worldwide) DRT (Digital Review Team) is responsible for auditing all suspicious transactions tagged by the WU AI. DRT is trained to protect the WU customers by accessing their WU transaction history and public records to ensure their safety from frauds and scams. While the DRT is specially trained to detect fraudulent or scam patterns in the WU customers transactions and histories to help protect them, we're also responsible for protecting WU from being part of any prohibited transactions. If need be the DRT can contact customers and investigate the red flags in their transactions to approve or decline their transactions. The Digital Review Team is in constant contact with other fraud departments in WU to stop fraudsters and scammers from using WU services through different accounts and that the appropriate legal actions are taken against them.
