Main involvement is in the post-contract stage in Lumut Yard, Perak. Main roles is to provide the guidelines, monitor, and ensure the proper cost code is used for the task perfomed on site. Discussed and involved in issuing the new cost code to Superintendents and Field Engineering based on the issues arise on site. Prepare site analysis on the labours and produce several reports on weekly basis such as Absenteeism Report, Workforce Ratio and Safety Hours. Discuss and prepare new layout format for Force Report. Assist invoicing team in preparations of claims and payments.

Main roles is in the post-contract stage where tender has been awarded. Sourcing and preparing price or mechanical equipments such as vessels, boilers and valves for executing the work at jobsite. Directly involve in preparing budgets and meeting deadline and planning schedule for materials to arrive for execution of related projects. Besides, actively involve in preparing Quotation for valves, pumps, and some miscellaneous mechanical packages for the potential clients such as Petronas, Serawak Shell, and Exxon. Lastly, work hand in hand with the Legal Department in preparing the contract and terms and condition for contract award to sub-contractors.
