Manage recruitment, compensation & benefits, salary administration, Job evaluation, support performance management, training need assessments, succession planning, development and implementation of HR policies.Direct and supervise Office Administration activities to ensure uniform implementation. Also responsible for Industrial Relations and Safety Health & Environment at the company.

• Manage Personnel & Admin Staff at the Plant.• Liaise with CBA & Factory Management to maintain industrial peace at the factory.• Human Resource Management of the Plant.• Budgeting & Planning, Payroll & Medical facilities to staff.• Factory’s General Administration which includes security, canteen, transport, housekeeping, time management system etc.• Correspondence / liaison with Govt. authorities, preparation of various Govt. returns / surveys.
