Manager Fraud Management
Current- Recommend Fraud leakage prevention processes and system enhancements based on trends and patterns. - Internal and external fraud incident management, assurance proper detection, investigation, analysis, recovery, prevention and Reporting. - Assess and refine established fraud management checks, analyze results and initiate corrective actions. - Conduct quantified FM measurements and controls over the company’s revenue streams to maintain and improve levels of revenue leakage issues and management procedures. - Follow up each fraud leakage incidents through to resolution, ensuring that root causes are identified, fixed, and reported. - Responsible for accuracy and completeness of works outcome, methodology and evidences presentation. - Issue regular reports on the actions carried out from day-to-day operations and incident management. - Coach subordinates on day-to-day operational activities. - Assist RAFM Head in the formulation and implementation of fraud management strategies. - Assure accuracy of reporting to third parties and other functions in the organization. - Provide dashboard, financial and operational reports to RAFM Head. - Assess the training and development needs for the team. - Analyze systems and tools requirements and assure implementations of systems are in line with company’s business requirements. - Assure on fraud management system (FMS) through proper implementation of rules and controls.
