1) To achieve sales target that has been set by the Special Order team.2) Supervising the operation in relation to the goods’ supply source and delivery, ensuring that Sale Order issued by SO staff are made correctly and the services provided meet the Mystery Shopper criteria.3) Supervising the submission of the Delivery Order and the copies of the Sale Order to Delivery Service Section in order to ensure the goods delivered accordingly and the stock are adjusted once delivered.4) Verifying the transaction for the goods delivered by vendor (Deliver by Vendor).5) Coordinating with Sales Section, DS Section, DC and Vendor through e-mail or through phone call to reserve the goods and ensuring that goods are delivered to the customers’ house in accordance with the agreed appointment.6) Taking care of the change of the price in case of price decrease, promotion items or price tag affixed does not match with the data specified in the Data System.
