As quality inspector, I work at the nacelle factory, where we assembly the V164, 9.5 MW nacelles. As quality inspector at Mhi Vestas nacelle factory I have gained experience with-Electrical installation assembly line-Mechanical installations, cooling & hydraulic systems installations-Inspection of the systems - Reporting on issues both electrical and mechanical -Cross communication with different groups of people ranging from technicians, team-leaders to engineering department

In this position, I had the following responsibilities• I was the first point of contact after the order was given by the customer and received customer drawings 2D and 3D which needed validation• Clarification and gathering of all technical information incorporation with the customer prior to design and manufacturing of the equipment• Sales order creation (Microsoft dynamics AX)• Scheduling of the project in the ERP system• The link between customer and production during the design and manufacturing of the equipment• Responsible for the projects from design to delivery

Responsibilities• Research and development projects into new technologies for plastic injection molding tools (3D Printing in metals & plastics)

Measurement: measuring of air volume, temperature moisture of exhaust air in the ventilation system• Performed energy calculations to prove the waste energy in the exhaust process air• Provided Solutions on how to recover the waste heat• Steam plant and systems: measurement/data logging on the SCADA system: steam flow, condensate: To study how energy efficient the system is.• Provided a solution on how to achieve a more efficient steam boiler system• Provided drawings of Process and instrumentation diagrams on the heat recovery solutions• Economy: calculated the payback time on the investment in the recommended heat recovery solutions

Inspection and service of the plastic injection tools• Disassembling and maintenance of the tools• Repairing of the tools and manufacturing of new tool parts• Assembling and testing of the tools• Experience with operating the following machines in the tool shop: lathes, grinders, manual milling machines, CNC milling machines, EDM sinker machines, and drilling machines
