- Communicate directly with managers to discuss project needs.- Review schematic design of a new projects received from the design team to verify.- Technical revision of all architecture drawings at phases.- Create as-built drawings prior to design development.- Prepare and update project working drawings (Shop drawings) before execution.- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives as required.- Provide shop drawings and materials with all submittals for approvals.- Coordinate with other disciplines and consulting teams.- Project execution progress.- Submit and manage Material Approval Requests (MAR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Inspection Requests (IR), and Quantity Survey Reports (QSR) during execution.- Quantity surveys (QS) for project items.- Quantity survey follow-up sheets.- Project handover process.
