Turbomachinery Control Application Design Engineer• Provide all the technical documents such as:- Termination List.- Loop Drawings.- Bill of Materials.- System Architecture Drawing.- Basis of Design Document (Logic Design).- Communication List.- Factory & Site Testing Procedures.• Logic Implementation for TMC solutions.• Perform Factory/Site Logic Testing and Verification.• Human Machine Interface (HMI) development using AVEVA InTouch or Machine SCADA Expert.• Anti-Surge Calculations.• Loop Checking and Function Testing.• Steam/Gas Turbines and Compressors Commissioning.• Design, Configure, Test, and Commission Bently Nevada 3500 Equipment Health Monitoring System.

My role involves coordinating one of the major projects in the company. I am attending meetings online with the engineers in Daifuku Wynright controls in United States. And my job responsibility is as following: 1- Design electrical cabinets that control conveyor systems for warehouses according to standards and control information and communication protocols such as ' ASI, Ethernet ' 2 - Preparation and/or modification of the electrical drawings, calculations, and charts according to specifications using AutoCAD Electrical. 3 - Converting and modifying mechanical layouts of conveyor systems into electrical physical layouts. 4 - Electrical drawings include power distribution, motor wiring and power wiring. 5 - Software design by using pre-defined FB from the client following his standard using Allen Bradly studio500.Commissioning is taking place on my scope after finishing the designs in the office.
