Processing general ledger accounts by verifying, batching and vouching invoices, receiving and shipping documents, and checking requests and purchase ordersReview weekly cash movements according the cash planningReview monthly debit and credit accounts and transfere to general ledger Manage internal controls over inventory accounting systemRevising the efficiency of the costing system and standard costsAllocate and distribute marketing and admin costs.Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiationsPreparing Commercial and industrial gains tax for vendors at Quarterly.Review tax declarations (e.g. withholding tax & salaries tax).Supporting chief accountant with required report & some accounts analysis

Responsibilities:-Entering day to day Accounts Payable (invoicing, supplier payments, & petty cash management)Entering details of accounting transactions using computerized accounting system (ERP) Review day to day banking process like (issuing checks, banks transfers ) Review monthly prepaid expenses & accrualsFollow up employee's prepayment (Temporary - Permanent Petty Cash) to employee.
