- A Corporate Credit committee member.- Responsible for developing, reviewing, analyzing, & evaluating the quality of the assigned corporate credit portfolio , while taking in consideration the banks' Credit Policy & the CBE rules & regulations.- Assist in managing, developing, follow-up & enhancing the utilization & maximize profitability of assigned credit portfolio.- Participate in the development of methodologies, models, processes for Credit Risk measurement & Credit Portfolio Management Tools & Reporting across the Group.- Monitoring the quality of the credit Portfolio, concentration by industry, geography, products, and other relevant factors to identify trends, taking into consideration the bank's capital base.- Assist in refinement, development, & implementation of Credit Risk Management framework for the bank, & aligning it to the future needs & in line with Basel accord & market best practices.- Assist in the enhancement of credit portfolio reporting & analysis within unit, industry or economic sector, in order to evaluate risks on a portfolio basis & recommend actions if any for management’s review & control of business concentrations.- Manage and enhance the experiences of the assigned teamwork to be ready to take more responsibilities.

RM for a portfolio of large corporate Npl and was responsible for sharing in negotiations with Corporate to reach the best way for debt recovery and for making the full credit package required to be represented to the committee, and taking procedures to implement the agreements while making follow up with customers for repayment.
