Capitalize on in-depth knowledge of customer processes, applications, and decision criteria in the Prefabricated Data Centers. Collaborate closely with the MEA teams to bring a value proposition to our customers by leveraging complete Schneider Electric Prefabricated Data Center solutions (Multi BU / Tier solutions).

Provide expertise on Schneider Electric's system and architecture platform.Understand customer's requirements and constraints and support the Salesforce with deep technical domain knowledge.Use and customize tested, validated & documented architectures (TVDA) to meet customer requirements and bring differentiating value proposition, design optimized and valid architectures filling the functional specification.Define with the customer the best implementation of the system platform, explain and demonstrate the technical advantages of the architecture.Answer deep technical questions on integration/compatibility of components inside an architecture

Ensure complex installation, maintenance and repair on customer installed base.Identify new opportunities while attending customer sites to promote Services growth.Knowledge transfer within Services Field domain with a coordination role of jobholders.

Responsible for field services (customer site service and in-warranty unit repair) activities involving the installation, modification and repair of complex equipment and systems for single and three phase APC-MGE products. Particular focus is on service of APC-MGE UPS units.

Research and build relationships with new clients.Prospect for new clients and turn this into increased business.Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging contacts network.Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders.
