1- Supervise the operation of gas turbines and gas compressors according to OEM instructions and recommendations.2- Follow up the operation check lists for each system of gas turbines, generators and reciprocating gas compressors (e.g., Lube oil system, Dual Fuel systems, control oil system, etc.) and remark the imminent failures as outstanding points to be maintained in the nearest stop or outage.3- Manage all meetings of planned outages and prepare all facilities (e.g., Spare parts, tools, lifting equipment/appliances, Gantt chart, etc.)4- Witness all activities of inspections/overhauls and ensure high level of quality for them.5- Perform outage reports on daily basis and complete ones by the end of the outage.6- Issue work permits, manage risk assessments to an acceptable measure and review work procedures, P&IDs, isolations, etc.)7- Provide technical support and supervision for the maintenance activities and troubleshooting.8- Investigate failure modes and mechanisms during troubleshooting and use the analytical tools and methodologies to determine the root cause.9- Issue the requisitions of spare parts and tools according to the assigned annual budget for CAPEX, OPEX and Assets. 10- Contact the vendors, suppliers or contractors to assure and verify the technical acceptance for the purchased material or the services and also the Engineering team of OEM for the upgrades and required improvements.11- Participate in the plant global service agreement CSA contract and recommend points to be added or replaced in the scope of equipment, scope & material of overhauls/inspections, supplied material for operation, etc.12- Do monthly and quarterly performance reports which calculate performance and operational measures (e.g., availability, reliability, MTBF, thermal efficiency, etc.)13- Perform MOC and manage its risk assessment, cost evaluation and impact evaluation for the required modifications in the plant.
